King of Wrath (Kings of Sin Book 1)
Dante Russo is not a man who does things by accident. Ruthless, controlling, and not exactly brimming with warmth, he has built his life around precision. Marriage was never part of that plan. Then blackmail enters the picture, and suddenly he finds himself engaged to Vivian Lau, a jewellery heiress whose family happens to be firmly in his enemy's corner. His intention is simple: destroy the evidence, dissolve the arrangement, and move on. The snag, of course, is that Vivian is proving rather difficult to forget. Vivian, for her part, has spent her life being exactly what her family needs her to be. Polished, dutiful, quietly ambitious. A match with the blue-blooded Russo name would lift her new-money family into circles they've long been circling from the outside. Dante himself is cold and evasive, hardly the partner she'd have chosen freely. She goes through with it out of obligation. What she doesn't account for is the slow, inconvenient pull she feels towards him, or the far more dangerous thing that follows. This is a steamy arranged marriage romance with explicit content and strong language, recommended for mature readers. It's a solid opening to the Kings of Sin series, with two leads whose guarded natures make their growing connection genuinely compelling to watch unfold.
